I hope you can get help beyond the funding to get out of your toxic home situation, but if you can do nothing else, call the police and establish the offense.  He raped you, and you are right not to feel safe.  Find out what the local laws are for a restraining order.  Since an offense has already happened once, it shouldn’t be an issue to get a restraining order issued while you figure out what to do about your home life.
