When I couldn’t find Coastal Knits at Barnes & Noble last night, I used their wi-fi connection to get on the book’s website and order it, paying through paypal. This way, the profit will go to the authors and the publisher, instead of through B&N.

Spent my whole festival budget in 1 day.
I’m a little disgusted with myself, but I spent my whole festival budget today. I bought a skein winder with a yardage meter attachment. It’s. Awesome. But I spent almost my entire festival budget on it, and I bought a couple of other little doodads, but the winder is definitely my big prize. Guess I’d better do some SERIOUS spinning if I want to justify the cost of that...
